1. The service
MachineUp provides tools that research, organize, structure, test, verify, host, and publish business information intended to help machines and people understand and qualify a business more clearly.
2. Scans and research are informational
Scan results, readiness observations, qualification gaps, confidence signals, and other outputs are based on information available to MachineUp at the time of processing. They may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or interpreted differently by outside search systems, AI systems, agents, buyers, or other third parties.
3. No guarantee of rankings, recommendations, leads, or revenue
MachineUp does not guarantee that any search engine, AI system, agent, bot, buyer, or marketplace will discover, rank, recommend, shortlist, contact, or transact with your business. Outside systems change independently and remain outside MachineUp’s control.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit, verify, approve, or publish. You must have authority to act for any business you claim or manage and must not use MachineUp to impersonate another business, publish deceptive information, interfere with the service, evade usage limits, or violate applicable law.
5. Public and machine-readable publication
If you approve information for publication, you authorize MachineUp to host and expose that information through public pages, structured markup, APIs, feeds, endpoints, or other machine-readable formats used by the service.
6. Third-party sources and services
MachineUp may rely on public websites and third-party providers for search, hosting, AI processing, infrastructure, analytics, email, payments, and other functions. MachineUp is not responsible for the availability, policies, outputs, or independent decisions of third-party services.
7. Paid services
When paid subscriptions are offered, the price, billing interval, included features, and cancellation terms shown at purchase will apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Access to paid features may end when a subscription expires or is canceled.
8. Intellectual property
MachineUp and its software, design, branding, workflows, and original service materials are owned by MachineUp or its licensors. You retain rights you have in your own business information and content. Using the service does not transfer ownership of MachineUp technology to you.
9. Service changes
MachineUp is an evolving service. Features, formats, integrations, testing methods, limits, and supported channels may change as search and agent technologies evolve.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MachineUp disclaims warranties not expressly provided in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MachineUp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, address abuse or security issues, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel paid service through the available account or billing tools when enabled.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
