Our proprietary industry mapping identifies the details that matter for your type of business. We organize the supported answers, ask you to confirm gaps, and publish and host your machine layer—connected to your website and contact information.
Your subscription keeps that layer hosted, tested and maintained. We find qualification gaps, correct what verified facts support, retest changes and alert you to meaningful findings.

Publishing formats and integrations
The hosted layer includes a crawlable public profile, structured schema (JSON-LD), public JSON/API output and an RFQ/action endpoint. It is publicly retrievable and can also be inspected by people. No installation or access to private business systems is required. Native customer-system connectors, SSO, SAML and OAuth integrations are not currently supported.
Account access and data handling
One owner administrator manages each business profile through authenticated access and ownership checks. Private review data is separate from published, owner-approved facts. Stripe processes payments; MachineUp does not store full card numbers. Multiple owner roles and multiple businesses under one subscription are not currently supported. Support and service terms
Email hello@getmachineup.com for support. Messages are monitored on business weekdays, with a normal response target of one business day. Phone support, live chat, weekend coverage, priority escalation and an uptime or resolution SLA are not included. MachineUp does not currently offer a standard DPA, BAA, SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 certification or enterprise procurement package. See our Terms of Service.
What MachineUp can and cannot promise
MachineUp improves the structure, clarity and testability of supported business information. It cannot guarantee crawling, indexing, recommendations, shortlist placement or inquiries. Public scans depend on accessible sources. Controlled buyer-style tests are labeled by platform and date; they are not evidence that a real customer performed that search. A platform is marked tested only when that test actually ran.
