MachineUp is a cloud-hosted SaaS software platform for AI search presence and business qualification. The software scans public business websites and public sources, structures supported facts, records evidence and confidence, lets an owner verify or correct important details, publishes a crawlable machine-readable profile, monitors for changes, and runs controlled qualification tests. These tests are simulations, not claims of actual customer searches.
MachineUp is designed for businesses whose buyers need to evaluate capabilities, requirements, credentials, service areas, limits, or customer fit. It is especially useful for manufacturers, fabricators, contractors, complex service businesses, professional firms, logistics providers, and software companies. There is no minimum number of employees or users. Each $19.99 monthly subscription supports one business profile.
MachineUp is cloud-hosted, web-based subscription software used through a modern browser. Self-service setup starts with a free public scan, followed by business-email confirmation, ownership verification, secure checkout, owner review, and publication. No software installation, customer-site code, data migration, or website rebuild is required for initial setup.
No third-party integration is required, and no integrations with customer systems are currently supported. MachineUp does not currently provide native connectors, SSO, SAML, or OAuth connections. Published profiles include crawlable pages, JSON-LD, public JSON/API endpoints, and an RFQ/action-ready endpoint. These publishing outputs do not give MachineUp access to a customer’s private business systems.
Owner access uses authenticated accounts, confirmed email addresses, and business-domain ownership checks. Access controls keep private owner-review data separate from public scan results. Stripe processes subscription payments, and MachineUp does not store full payment-card numbers. Scans process publicly accessible business information; owner-approved facts may be published publicly. Retention, deletion requests, safeguards, and service-provider use are described in the Privacy Policy. MachineUp does not currently claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
The current product provides one owner administrator role for each business profile. The owner can review evidence, approve corrections, answer qualification questions, and authorize publication. Additional user roles, administrator roles, permission levels, approval permissions, and multi-user separation of duties are not currently supported.
Email support is available at hello@getmachineup.com and is monitored on business weekdays. The normal support response target is within one business day. Phone support, live chat, weekend coverage, and priority escalation are not currently included. MachineUp does not currently offer a service level agreement (SLA), uptime guarantee, service credits, or guaranteed support-resolution time.
A basic AI-presence scan is free and requires no credit card. MachineUp costs $19.99 USD per month for one business profile, with no setup fee and no long-term contract. A buyer activates the subscription by scanning the business, choosing Claim This Profile, confirming a matching business email, verifying ownership, and completing Stripe checkout. Customers can cancel at the end of the current billing period.
Public product details, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, contact information, and payment terms are available for basic vendor review and procurement. MachineUp does not currently offer a standard data processing agreement (DPA), business associate agreement (BAA), SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 certification, or enterprise procurement package.
MachineUp improves the clarity, structure, verification, and testability of public business information. It cannot guarantee crawling, indexing, ranking, recommendation, shortlist placement, or customer inquiries by outside search engines or AI systems. It does not access closed AI systems, alter a customer’s website, replace SEO, provide a traditional website builder, or currently support multiple businesses under one subscription. Public scans are limited by source availability and reasonable usage controls.
